It's been working well (with a few technical errors here and there) but I've noticed that since I've unpacked this keyboard, two keys have not been changing color. The brightness adjustor and windows lock keys (both above the Print Screen and Scroll Lock keys respectively), are constant white. They don't change colors despite assigning a back-light color or active patterns. No matter what I do, I can't get these two keys to actually display a color other than white. For reference, my system specifications are in my profile. I'm connecting this keyboard with a single USB 3.0 port, using the USB connector with the keyboard on it. Is this a bug? Is this new keyboard defective out of the box? I really don't want to have to ship this back for a new one literally just after I bought this thing.
