yasgod Posted November 21, 2020 Share Posted November 21, 2020 Hi community plz HELP me, I have a problem with my mouse. until today everything worked great and out of nowhere,no more RGB on my mouse .No more lights, nothing:[pouts: . And i didn't do anything to the profile. If I try to change the effects, nothing happens. My mouse stays black no RGB. iCUE reinstalled and still without RGB. What can I do. To reset it: Set the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to OFF.Hold down the Forward and Back side buttons.Hold holding down the side buttons, set the power switch to ON. In the meantime, I suggest contacting our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com as they'll be able to help you further troubleshoot.
