AX860i - Computer will randomly not shut down

In CorsairLink, it states firmware version for the PSU is unavailable.

When I attempt to shut down my W10 machine, it's a 50/50 chance it'll actually shut off. There is always that audible click, when the message is sent to shut down via Windows. When it doesn't, turn off, my screen goes black and OS/system is actually shut down but the computer will continue to run. No key combo gets out of this, the only thing I can do is press and hold the power button until it turns off.

I believe this is due to a failing PSU. I purchased this until through amazon in July of 2013 and it has served me quite well during this time.
