"raw read error rate" should I be concern about it?

No. Read the sticky, but long story short, SMART isn't standardized and as such it doesn't attribute the values correctly. Somehow I doubt your SSD's been powered on for 18 billion years :)

 

Thank you very much for the answer. I've just update SMART Utility software and now it shows the following result:

It seems more realistic now. But I'm concern about the attribute "Raw Read Error Rate". It says 105 and labels its type as ''Pre-Fail". But anyway, maybe it is just what you said, no standard for SMART attributes.

I would not worry too much about it. Every SSD is designed different meaning the software can read multiple different things and can be completely wrong unless that software was designed for that exact SSD.
