phazma Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 Hello there, i have a K70 Rapidfire and i have some issues.. i had a problem with double typing and i still have it from the first months that i bought the keyboard.. i just ignored it but i still have this problem.. Today, i just got a new problem.. i opened my computer and i realized that i ICUE doesnt detect my keyboard (i have a "No device detected!" message). My scroll lock light is flashing all the time without stopping.. when i press the scroll lock key it keeps flashing faster! my keyboard's lighting doesnt work as well considering that my ICUE cannot detect my keyboard anymore for an unknown reason.. what can i do about this? i tried to LOCK key and F1 for 3+ seconds and other things that i found on google threads but nothing worked.. c-attack Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 Try the "soft reset" first. Don't do the hard reset unless you have firmware file in hand, which you will need from Corsair support.
