Gillton Posted March 25, 2017 Share Posted March 25, 2017 i just changed my SSD and clean-installed Win10 Home again. After updating all drivers i tried the keyboard and none of the buttons did anything. (CUE 1.12.75). Then I deinstalled it and updated to CUE 2.11.115. The light effects work how they should. But the keys themself don't react to any action. Had someone this problem? Toasted Posted March 26, 2017 Share Posted March 26, 2017 Where did you get the message from? It sounds like the keyboard may be in demo mode. Try a firmware reset and see if that helps. Windows is showing me the same result since today. i try to deinstall all keyboard driver and reinstall them. Maybe i got something wrong with the keyboards or usb ports. Toasted Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 Are you able to try the keyboard on another computer? Does it work fine? Try putting the keyboard into BIOS mode and see whether the keys work. To enable/disable BIOS mode, Press the F1 key then the Windows lock button. A flashing scroll lock will indicate the keyboard is in BIO mode. The keyboard uses generic Microsoft drivers. The HID drivers included with CUE are for macros/Audio. cruxman Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 Same issue here. Leds shine erratically. Numpad does not work. Tried the Esc and 10s trick. Went into BIOS mode with F1 and Windows lock keys, but the numpad still does not work; dunno what to do then. Software install/uninstall did not help too. After the reset with Esc key sometimes it starts to suddenly type all the numpad nonstop 0123456789.0123456789.0123456789 and so on untill I plug the keyboard out. I feel frustrating. I also noticed that everytime I install/deinsall the CUE my audio drivers crash. I#m using the normal windows audio drivers. What the heck is going on?
