Lauren Posted September 13, 2020 Share Posted September 13, 2020 Whenever I've put my headset down for periods longer than 10-15 minutes and it goes into an off-state, I find it struggles to reconnect back to my PC. Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted September 14, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 14, 2020 Make sure your Virtuoso has the latest firmware update by going into the settings tab in iCUE, select Virtuoso, and click "Update" next to firmware. Also, make sure the dongle is plugged directly into the motherboard and not an external USB hub/KVM. The headset does take a moment to come back online from a sleep state, but it shouldn't be much longer than a few seconds. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
