Having one problem, though -- I'm getting a constant chain of USB disconnect/reconnect sounds every ~30 seconds, correlating to the case lights turning off, turning back on to the default blue, before going back to rainbow (my selected setting). I'm not running any special profile settings in iCue, just the Default set to the rainbow color setting. I've swapped cables, removed USB devices, etc. -- but the problem is constant. First -- does anyone know what this is? I've seen similar reports on the forums here but no resolution. Second -- where can I find my Product/Serial Number? I bought this off Amazon, and didn't see that information in the box/packaging, so I'm unsure where to find it. Thanks for the help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just update the iCue software Via the Corsair one support page or Corsair app on the taskbar. This will sort the issue. There are 3 newer icue since the one you have.
