This appeared to fix the crashing. Thank you.

Though it appears if I close CUE and reboot my PRO Void headphones or PC my saved settings don't stick and I have to open CUE again. Is this normal?

Default CUE glitchy

The Cue software is real glitchy. I see a few comments regarding this. Is corsair aware and are they working on it???

Currently cannot get static colors to work

I think I figured out why my num, caps, scroll lock lights keep freezing. After using a different keyboard for several days in one USB port with no issues, the K70 when plugged in the same port had the lock lights freeze within minutes.

I tried uninstalling/killing the CUE process and used the default lighting and have not had the problem again. Can this be addressed in a future update? This is really annoying. I've seen threads here and there of others having this issue dating back to 2014.

Edit: Found this http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=132322 lol seems like issues with some USB connections have been an issue for a while. Can this be fixed through software?

Edit2: Tried some other USB ports on my PC, 2 froze relatively quick when spamming caps lock, the rest seemed okay (I'd have to test longer than just spamming it to really see I guess). Plugged back into original USB configuration that was giving me issues (keyboard in same port, mouse in same port, all others same spot etc) and spamming it like crazy and haven't seen it freeze yet. I really don't know what is causing this I think that's what is driving me crazy most about this.

Edit3: Nope, having issues on every USB 3.0 port on my rear I/O lol..

^^ all the USB ports I am using are USB 3.0 and I am using only the keyboard connector for USB, no pass through plugged in.

This (2.23.40) appears to resolve the crashing introduced by 2.22.83 for me.

The new version posted by Corsair James did nothing to fix my issue where a few of the keys don't work until I click through them after each restart of my computer or CUE. They save, and are visible, and I don't have to actually change anything, just click through them. In this profile, it is just this minimize all one on button 7, on another it is a "I" key on button 11. All my mapped macros work fine however.

This side button just does nothing except throw error messages into the log until I open CUE and click through the actions for the profile.

See earlier post in thread for what I believe the related error message is. Very annoying refresh each profile every reboot.

Since updating to CUE v2.22.83 I have noticed that when I mute and then un-mute my Mic it put Sidetone to Min.

I have to press and hold the Mute button twice to reactivate Sidetone or go into CUE and turn it back up.

CUE then shows the Sidetone volume at Min, but I can here myself clearly again.

I tried flashing the firmware v39.02, updating to CUE v2.23.40 and deleting my appdata.

I have a Corsair VOID Wireless.

In my case v2.23.40 also solved the problem.

So far so good. Seems to have fixed the crashing for me at least. Thank you.

I wasn't experiencing crashes, but this update has solved a couple issues that have persisted since CUE 2.20. In prior versions of the software, I was unable to select all the RGB regions on my ST100 using the default top-down view. Second, when changing profiles from static color to lighting link, my devices (ST100, M65 Pro, Strafe RGB) would "skip" colors. I don't know the exact color rotation, but as a for instance it would fade into blue, then flash red briefly before fading into green correctly, then flash purple before fading into orange properly, etc. Neither of these have been a problem, at least so far, with version 2.23.

Aside from my caps lock light issues I've been having I noticed with 2.22.83 (not sure about previous releases) that if I quit or kill the .exe for CUE, I can't reboot it and it constantly crashes. I must reboot my PC. I'll try the newer version posted on here later and see if that fixes it.

The updated version (v2.23.40) stopped the crashing issue :-)

Same here. Crashes with 2.22.83, but the newest one (v2.23.40) works as it used to. Nice.

Here's a bug in 2.23.40 - The sidelights on my Strafe RGB turn on every time I reboot my computer, even though the box to enable them is unchecked. To turn them off requires going into CUE, checking the box to turn them on, then unchecking it to turn them off.
