Angry Harpoon RGB Wireless not connecting via USB/slipstream

Title says most. When I plug in the USB I get a notification saying that it isn't working properly. I've tried so many things and nothing has worked.

I've tried updating iCUE and even reinstalling it to no avail.

Any known fixes???

did you do a firmware update? sounds like something didn't set right. You could try a hard reset of the mouse.

How do I do that? Because the mouse is so new I haven't been able to find any good resources for troubleshooting.

Like Apophis3 mentioned, try performing a force firmware update on the mouse and dongle. You will need both plugged in concurrently, and go to settings in iCUE, then select the Harpoon Wireless mouse, then select "Update" next to the firmware version. Follow the prompts and it should update. If you still run into issues, submit a ticket on our support site, and one of our technical support can help you out from there.

Same problem here. Was working fine for a while and then started disconnecting and now wont work wireless any more. Tried a forced reset firmware update but not working.

In iCUE under settings, what does the firmware version show for the dongle and mouse when you click on Harpoon Wireless?

Looks like the mouse is up to date. I would reach out to Technical Support, and they can help troubleshoot further, or possibly send a replacement if needed. You can contact them through the link below:
