Frosthaven
EDIT: 07/26/2019: Corsair ICUE v3.18.77 fixed this issue for me. Will keep the below post for historical purposes. I read about people having issues with the void headsets on the latest version of iCUE (I believe it was 3.17 at the time of attempting installation?), and since I use a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 audio interface (2nd gen) and non-corsair studio gear I figured I'd give the newest version a shot. Versions Windows 10 professional x64 iCUE v3.17(?) Focusrite USB Driver v4.63.23 (for 2nd gen 2i2) Problem Description iCUE v3.17 prevents my Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 (2nd gen) audio interface from working. Steps to reproduce - Have Scarlet Focusrite 2i2 installed and functioning - Update to Corsair iCUE v3.17 - You will get a popup mentioning the 2i2 driver installation near the systray. - Upon installation completion, the audio interface will no longer work. - Upon system reboot, 2i2 interface will still fail to communicate over usb, even when manually/automatically updating drivers in the device manager Steps to fix - Uninstall iCUE - Reinstall iCUE version 3.16.56 - Reinstall Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 device driver - Restart Misc I have gone through the reproduction steps multiple times to rule out external interference. Will stay with v3.16.56 in the meantime. Edited July 26, 2019 by Frosthaven Better formatting / readability
