Software profiles are working fine/ I have the same problem. I just installed iCUE 3.36.125 on my new PC and I can't save the profiles on the device (same keyboard than you : Vengeance K95 RGB). The firmware of my keyboard is 3.08. It was working perfectly fine with the previous software ( Corsair Utility Engine ) but I can't find it anywhere now. Right now, my keyboard doesn't light up until I login on windows and iCUE launched, which is not the best. here is attached a screenshot of the profiles. As you can see, I can't find any HW profiles and they were never there. Saving on M1, M2, or M3 doesn't change anything.
