220T case fan controller not showing up in iCue

Hi, Just finished putting together my system and my lighting controller in my 220T isn't appearing in iCue. Everything else is showing up in my dashboard.

The fans are all spinning fine, the front 3 are all lighting up with whatever default profile comes on them but the exhaust fan i bought separately isn't lighting up at all. Any ideas how to fix this?

A couple of questions come to mind:

1) Do you have the USB cable connected to the motherboard?

2) Are your fans all connected sequentially to the LN Core? ie you must start in port 1, and then port 2 etc. Do not skip any numbers, make sure you start at 1. Sounds like your fans 1,2 and 3 are connected OK, but maybe your exhaust fan isn't in port 4?

3) Is your 4th exhaust fan also an SP model? It has to be (assuming your other 3 fans are the SP120s that should have come with the case)
