Simply Posted May 25, 2020 Share Posted May 25, 2020 Hi Should I be concerned that the box was not wrapped in clear plastic, ordered from amazon.ca and just arrived. Every unboxing I have watched shows it wrapped and my older h100i was also wrapped so, Could this be a return item. nothing inside box was inside of plastic bags either. no manual or anything. c-attack Posted May 25, 2020 Share Posted May 25, 2020 Yeah, unfortunately exactly like that. Amazon is extremely friendly on returns. Perhaps too friendly and people abuse it all the time, picking up the new model of something sending the older one back as defective, swapping in broken parts and keeping the "new replacement". In this case, someone probably should have recognized it wasn't sealed when it came back and shuffled it over to the "like new" discount side of the store. Simply Posted June 2, 2020 Author Share Posted June 2, 2020 Just little update, my replacement arrived, and its shrink wrapped and such inside the box is perfect lol. Foam pad, manual such..
