Yes and the settings ti try are in that link but the MB you have may not be able to reach these settings depending on the CPU you have.

You have the E(0) revision of that CPU and should be able to make a 450Mhz FSB. But you need to have a good CPU cooler and NOT the stock Intel one.

Download Memtest86+ V2.01 from--->

and extract the ISO image. Burn the ISO image to an CD-ROM disk.
