I'd suggest responding to this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127343

Default 350D Dimensions Incorrect on Corsair.com

http://www.corsair.com/en-us/obsidia...ro-atx-pc-case
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/obsidia...ro-atx-pc-case

These chassis aren't seventy-odd liters! I didn't know where to put this post.

Not sure what you're referring to, but the dimensions look fine: 537mm x 272mm x 502mm

537 x 272 x 502 = 73324128 = ~73 liters

The 350D is quite overlarge for an mATX chassis, but it's not the size of a full ATX tower! See the (correct) dimensions listed at these locations:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811139021
http://www.anandtech.com/show/6917/c...0d-case-review
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cas...-350d-review/1

The 350D's actual dimensions are 440 x 210 x 450, or 42 liters. There's thirty liters difference between corsair.com's dimensions and the actual dimensions.

Gotcha. Looks like the shipping dimensions, not the unboxed dimensions are on the website. I'll notify the case team, thanks. It's been fixed.

Are the store accounts working? I can't log into my account anymore and I am not able to reset the password?

Cheers

Try signing into the global english site (bottom left) instead of US.

Thanks...this worked. But, my store credit is gone. I had close to $2000 in there. Is there a way for you to check my balance in the old store and bring it to the new one?

Call customer service in the morning.

I called them and I think I hit the extension for store related questions. There was no answer so I left a voicemail, still haven't heard back yet. Is there an e-mail address that would reach the type of person who can help me with this?

Anything to get that store credit back would be appreciated at this point.

Use the ticket system and there's an option for web store, but I think just calling customer service (x0) would probably be the best bet.
