valkrien Posted March 3, 2013 Share Posted March 3, 2013 I have an open RMA for the cooler due to the high pitched noise being emitted from the pump. Tech support express (via phone) asked me to upgrade to the newest firmware. I did that and now the darn thing is noisier than ever before. The fans are back to being loud and the pump is making a lower pitched but louder noise. The thing is pretty freaking loud now. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

valkrien Posted March 4, 2013 Author Share Posted March 4, 2013 I have the original fans that came with the unit when it originally shipped in November. Plugging into the motherboard helps, but they still make an odd rattly noise. Honestly, prior to the firmware upgrade to 1.05 the fans were almost bearable.
