680X - Anyway to remove the front glass ?

Just curious if there's any way to remove the front glass panel as having to drain my loop, Disassemble it, Take out my front radiator and then clean the fan filter seems like a very 2005 design idea.

 

Is there any way to take off the front glass panel without disassembling my entire loop every few weeks to simply clean a filter ?

Yes, look at page 6 of the manual for that case and it shows you how to remove the front panel.

 

You pop off the right side cover on the front exposing 4 screws which will release the left (glass) side of the front cover.

Appreciated thank you, Corsair really dropped the ball on this one, Having to awkwardly disassemble a case just to clean a fan filter is what I'd expect on a case from 2005 not 2019.

I found that the easier way (in my opinion) was to remove the two thumb screws holding the fan mount for the front fans was the easier way to get to them as far as cleaning them out. Although the other way works good as well.

with a custom loop, moving the front fan bracket is sometimes not an option unfortunately. When i used t hat case i had to pop the front panel each time. ended up removing the filter altogether.
