Therinni Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 I just received my headset in the mail today and for the first 5 mins after plugging it in, it worked great! But then it started to "static" it seemed every few minutes. So i installed the iCue software hoping to find a fix. it seems to be happening CONSTANTLY now. It is constantly losing connection According to the software and the blinking light on the dongle. I have tried the things i have seen suggested on here like uninstalling the dongle driver, restarting the PC, forcing and update through the software. and i just uninstalled the iCue software to try to see if that helped. but it is still have an intermittent connection issue. i have tried different ports and tried to use a USB extension to move it further from the pc in case there was some sort of induced noise in the signal. i am at a lost. i am completely disappointed because i really like the quality of this headset. someone help me so i don't have to return them!
