RMA problem in Greece

Hello,

 

Last year i bought a HX750i in Greece from Official reseller (PLAISIO COMPUTERS)(https://www.plaisio.gr/) and last week died.I went to the store and after testing,they say to me that they cant replace my PSU because my model isn't available, and it wont be.They offer me a trade with other brand bronze efficiency PSU.

Of course i denied it.

 

My PSU now is in their store.

 

What should i do?

Hello,

 

The RMA process can take between 1-2 weeks upon receiving your unit. We do have an Advance RMA option. This process requires a valid Debit/Credit Card where a replacement charge will be applied for the cost of the product until the returning product(s) are received by Corsair. You will be eligible for a refund as soon as we have confirmed receipt of your defective product. Once your card has been processed your item will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been verified.
