Eyeon
Not sure when or why but for some reason my h150i Pro won't show up anymore. I attached some pictures I ran USBDeview and it shows a purple H150i Platinum. It seems to still be working fine I just cannot control the RGB it is stuck in a rainbow pattern. Things I have tried. Moving the H150i USB plug from the Commander Pro to directly on the motherboard. Moving it back to Commander Pro. Reinstalling iCue, reboot. Installing a different version of iCue, reboot. Installing yet another version of iCue, reboot. Running a repair on iCue, reboot. Disabling/reenabling the device in device manager. Disabling/reenabling the device in USBDeview. Uninstalling the device and rebooting. Also note it shows as a device I can disconnect in the system tray. I think this is usual as I recall it being there back when it was showing up in iCue, still seems odd for it to show up there as I would never want to disable it. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
Eyeon
Well I got it to show up by installing Corsair Link now it shows up in iCue. In Link it just says this is being managed by iCue. I thought we didn't need to run Corsair Link anymore?
john3909
Hi, it seems I have the same issue (device not seen in iCUE but is present in device manager). I could not find the Corsair Link software download anywhere to try that, does anyone know to get it? So far I have tried: - tried multiple different USB ports - tried connecting the cooler to different computers with the same results - reloaded Windows (fresh install) and loaded only iCUE - rebooted system - restarted iCUE service with the Restart button I have these errors service log file: 2020-06-01 08:47:58.0723 | 22 | OVERSOUL | 3.28.0.3 | AsetekCoolerProDevice | Try to read one more time after restart... 2020-06-01 08:47:58.0723 | 22 | OVERSOUL | 3.28.0.3 | AsetekCoolerProDevice | Incorrect write: status = SI_WRITE_ERROR, bytes
