Windows 10 loadup keyboard error

I've had the k95 rgb platinum keyboard for a couple days now. Anytime I turn on my computer, there is a text screen saying that there is a "keyboard error, hit escape for settings". After five seconds or so, it loads as normal.

This didn't happen with my old keyboard, the rgb strafe. And I've had icue2 for a while now, so I don't think that's the problem. It's not affecting anything, but I'm concerned that something is wrong.
