scionbln
Hey, I have a visual issue bug with iCue on my fresh Windows installation. I miss some elements also I can't move this window on my desktop. I can only close it by pressing Alt+F4. Any idea whats wrong with my iCue Software? I tried already - start programm as administrator - different installation paths - older iCue software.
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted November 24, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 24, 2020 If you have scaling enabled in Windows, try disabling it and setting it to 100%. This usually resolves glitching like this.
scionbln
I found out it only happens when I use my default triple monitor setup. It works perfect with dual monitors. Windows scaling is default - 100%, change it to 125% and back to 100% - no changes. Windows is completly fresh installed. But it only happen when I use three monitors - when I just use two oder single active monitors the iCue software looks normal.
