davidkozat Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 So I just bought a new K95 RGB keyboard from the UK, and just notices the numbers 8 and 9 dont work, the ones on the number locks do. All the keys light up perfectly. My questions is, is there something I can do in terms of resetting the keyboard? or should I just return it? Thanks in advance, I like the keyboard, gotta get used to it, can't type without looking at the keys. I suppose everyone is like that when they first start using such a new keyboard. terabyte Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 Try forcing a firmware re-flash from CUE, if that doesn't work open a ticket with Corsair's support and see what they say. You might have to RMA it thought, if you have just purchased it in the last few days and your seller allows an exchange that would be even faster.
