youidbeen
It is not easy to find a mouse that fits your hand. Ironclaw Wireless RGB Mouse. It's the best mouse I've ever found. But, there is one problem. It's the wheel. It made its first purchase in 2019.5 and has received two repairs so far. The first was wheel damage and the second was repaired due to a spinning wheel problem. Of course, the Corsair repair process was very satisfactory and friendly. But in less than a year, there is a problem with two breakups. I don't play games. It is for simple business use. A mouse with less than ten dollars had no wheels broken in three years. So I am very embarrassed. I'm very happy to use a combination with the K95 keyboard. Whenever I move the mouse wheel, I feel uneasy. I strongly request an upgrade to the wheel. Thank you. from Korea.
c-attack
I think the wheel could use some work as well. I have a brand new ICW and it feels like it is several years old with considerable less precision than all my other Corsair mice wheels.

I don't know that I would call it a rattle, but the wheel has a very definite coarse sound. I have two ICW models. Both wheels are louder than all my other Corsair mice, but still better than a Logitech G502.
Phnx_e333
I have the Ironclaw RGB Wireless... My mouse wheel just flat out stopped working today. You know how when scrolling, the wheel only moves when you scroll yourself? Mine doesn't...you can spin it like a wheel on a game show. It's come loose. I can still press it and it works that way, but not for regular scrolling

Death Metal
Just had the same happen to my Ironclaw. Trying to work without a wheel is an exercise in frustration... hopefully RMA isn't a frustrating experience.
PARANOIA
The mousewheel on my Ironclaw Wireless just broke midway through scrolling, feels like the shaft snapped. What's it made of? Dry twigs? Edited May 11, 2020 by PARANOIA Typo
