Some pictures of broken pieces and what's look like my chair now : You are well within the warranty window, 2 years total, And it is the law that they have to do something about it as it is a defective product, It's no surprise many of these chairs are breaking, The metal is all the cheapest sub par garbage from China, Otherwise known as Chinesium, Same goes for the plastic, All the cheapest garbage available.
