Bug Report - iCUE crash

Hi guys,

I've recently bought a K70 RGB MK. 2 keyboard and attached it to my rig which already have iCUE profiles for my Dark Core SE and H150i Pro.

Since i've added the new keyboard - I cannot access the lighting tab on the software for the Dark Core without a crash (i.e. iCUE closes randomly).

This happens repeatedly and consistently with all of the profiles that i've had BEFORE buying the keyboard - if i create a new profile there are no issues what so ever.

Please resolve this annoying bug so i wouldn't have to re-create all my 30 profiles with setting for multiple mouse buttons, macros, etc and also fan curves for my H150i

Thx!

Hi,

I would suggest exporting your profiles and attempting a clean install of iCUE.

1.Select Profiles.

2.On the right you will see three bars.

3.Click those then click Import/Export.

4.Browse for file and click import.

Clean install institutions below.

We recommend performing a clean install of iCUE. Please follow the steps below:

Open your computer's Control Panel.

Open the Programs and Features options.

Select iCUE in the list, and then select Uninstall.

Open your Start menu and type "Run". Then open the Run option.

Type Regedit and then click OK.

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corsair

Right-click and delete the folder.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Corsair

Right-click and delete the folder.

Restart your computer.

Download a new installer file for iCUE from Corsair.com and reinstall.

If you need assistance with these steps, please reach out to our support team and create a ticket.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I've tried your suggestion and got the EXACT same thing - iCUE is still crashing.

How can this be resolved?

Where can i post a bug report?

Thx!
