justsmguy Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 I started having issues this spring. It was EXACTLY the same day that a software upgrade came out. Not just dropping audio but also, as has been reported to me by other in discord, transmits a very loud squelch tone. Personally, I ONLY have this issue in discord. Works fine for gaming etc, just discord. I've reinstalled both iCUE and Discord, and used more than one pc on both win8.1 pro and win10 pro. If perform the following, what does the audio format show for your Void Pro: Right click on the speaker on your Windows system tray Select Open Sound Settings Select Device Properties under your Input Device (should be Void Pro) Select Additional Device Settings Select the Advanced tab Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
