Angry rma number # 2000866845, 7 days no reply

rma number # 2000866845, is it normal that at 7 days I created rma is nobody answered me?
but the seriousness of corsair for its customers?

what a shame I have never seen a company as incapable as a corsair, I understand that if someone does not buy your products anymore you will not change anything, I received an answer after 9 days asking me to give my data, in the ticket there are already written, now two days have passed is still no answer.

what a shame I was told that Monday was shipped, today is no shipping on Friday, as you take customers compliments for sitting, I think buying your products to have excellent, or at least normal, assistance, but your assistance is truly disgusting

then today the commander pro lo monto is arrived it is not working, the product seems to be used already, is it normal?
I took him to a friend of mine who also works at a pro commander, we mounted it and it doesn't work, but are we kidding? no signs of life, I borrowed the commander pro from my friend is the mounted on my pc is works perfectly.
my question is, do you try them? I waited 24 days but you never worked like that for assistance
now what? I hope you will answer me as soon as possible. shame

The unit was re-flashed for you. We had to open up the box to fix the issue to have it sent out to you.
