Default Connecting LL rgb fans

Hello forum.

I have a silly question. But.

What controllers and hubs do I need to fully connect upcoming 6 LL fans?
Should I buy Commander Pro + rgb hub?

Thanks.

See the RGB FAQ in my signature. It lists out everything that you need.

Commander Pro is optional - but it does add fan speed control, thermistors and USB ports. But it's not required for the RGB. The Lighting Node Pro is enough.

I'm going to connect 6 fans to the custom loop radiators so I need both the rgb and speed control for them. Lightning node pro only has 2 ins if I'm correct.

As DevBiker mentioned previously, check out the RGB FAQ link (all the info you need is there). For quick reference, see below for differences between a basic 6 fan Lighting Node Pro and Commander Pro setup.

RGB FAQ

http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880

Lighting Node Pro Setup with RGB Hub - Controls RGB only in iCUE (fan speed would be controlled via your motherboards fan headers/BIOS)

Commander Pro Setup with RGB Hub - Controls fan speed and RGB in iCUE
