Sad CS850M fan not spinning

I just finished building my computer and have noticed that the fan on my CS850M doesn't spin. Is this normal? What should I do? Im desperate please help me.

The CS-M PSU's fan should spin all of the time. Unlike the RM and up, the CS-M does not have a Zero RPM fan mode.

Thats too bad because Its a brand new product and It comes with problems I cant believe it What is your recomendation?

I recommend contacting support. If it's a brand new product, it has a warranty.
