Angry Corsair 140mm CO-905007 Noise

So I just got a replacement fan, but one of the fans emits a noisy sound. Can I request for another RMA for the item? Or can I do something to fix this?

Will putting oil in it work? Suggestion please.

That is bizarre. What is it connected to? And I'm assuming you checked to make sure the fan blades were clear.
