Color changing

Whenever I make a profile, and then make it a solid color, say green, if I want to make the arrow keys say red, how would I go about doing it? If I select the keys and make them red, it appears to mix with the green, making a barfy color. Any idea why this happens?

You need to delete the groups; when you have groups with an assigned colour (as they do by default in a new profile) and try adding an individual colour on top of it, they "blend" to give you that barfy washed colour.
