Default M65 RGB Not recognised in WINDOWS 10 PRO

Hi this is my first post on this Forum. I searched through the existing threads and nothing really helped. So my problem is, I upgrade to Win10 last night and all went well.
This morning switched computer on and there was a message that an update for the software was available (1.9.62).
Downloaded and installed no problems.
So I start to have a look around the new windows and the Mouse won't let me click on anything in the menus.
Click the windows start down the bottom and then can't select anything in the menu. So I keyboard navigate to device manager, and find that the mouse is listed 4 times as a HID complient mouse.
So i figure it's a driver issue, go to Corsair Site and download the M65 Driver set, and run the program. It keeps asking for me to plug the mouse in.
I've tried every USB port i have, I've uninstalled the driver and Mouse numerous times, and plug it back in and the same results.
The Corsair software works fine and I can change the colours and DPI etc... but I still have the problems in windows. Even after restarting the Mouse won't let me click to the password screen to log in. I have to Alt Ctrl Del to get to the log in.
Do you guys have any ideas?

Any idea's?
Anyone at all?
I looked at the details for the 4 HID Compliant Mice, and under problems it repeats Device migration failed etc... on each device.
Again I uninstalled and plugged the Mouse back in , and again not recognised by windows and the same 4 entries appear, and the problems with navigating persist.
Can someone help?

the M65 drivers are not for the RGB version of the M65. There are know issues with upgrading to windows 10 and getting CUE to work correctly. Check to make sure you have all the latest windows updates.

If you havent setup the computer much you should considering doing a clean install of windows 10 as that has helped some people.

Anything new from Corsair? I have the same Problem with the M65 RGB under Win10. Dead until I replugin the USB-Plug.

A little workaround is to uninstall the 4 HID-conform mice entrys int the controll panel. But doesn't work long.

CUE version 1.11.85
Firmeware 1.19

When will the Win10 Patch for M65 RGB arrive? Win10 Is already 2 month on the market. So annoying.

There is no patch coming for the M65 RGB.

Its most likely a problem with the USB port, or how your BIOS is handling the connection. I would try a different port, making sure the chipset driver and bios are both up to date. And using a USB port that runs through Intel's Chipset and not a 3rd party controller chip.

Also it would of been better for you to post your question in a new thread instead of posting old threads.

Well, there has to be a patch, because everything was fine until I Updated CUE and the firmeware on the mouse to the latest version.

Bios and chipset for my "Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO Z170" are up-to-date.

New thread for existing problems are not frowned upon. You are told to use the search function.

go in and remove all the drivers for the M65, Uninstall CUE, restart, plugin the mouse and reinstall CUE. I would also mess around wiht the USB settings in your BIOS, Turning off legacy support would be a place to start.

And idk what you mean by "there has to be a patch". Like there is no new M65 firmware being tested, if there was i would know about it.

I made a ticket and the answer was:

"This is definitely being worked on. Next patch should solve your issue."

Good to see, they know the problem.

Default Corsair Vengerance m65 Windows 10 Compatibility

So I read that a direct install won't work for the m65 mouse, but installing drivers into another pc with windows 8 or 7 would work, but I was wondering how to then transfer these drivers to this pc with windows 10.

I don't think the problem is window related, and if it is
- put the software in compatibility mode then launch it
or
- take a M65 RGB there is no issue on windows 10 (I have that)

so, this is about the 10th post about it i think i try to become an answer!
There is definetly a problem with the m65 rgb/ or not rgb.
mine won´t light up after a restart. I haver to unplug and replug or force a firmware update to light up the device......
In device manager only hid devices are listened, no corsair mouse or something!

In device manager only HID devices are listed.... as well as I have on my computer
(Keyboards, Mice and other pointing device)

but if you go to Human Interface Devices
do you see the
Corsair composite virtual input device

Hardware and Sound (control panel)
- View devices and printer

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...nt=photo%2cpng
and
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...nt=photo%2cpng

so maybe the windows that is used is not clean or probably something make conflict...

about then light not in windows... just turn off CUE to be sure
(sometimes the Profile have no color therefore no light)

Did you try to "remove" all USB from windows and restart then let windows reinstall ..
