jeffgreenlee42
Does anyone know the trick to get Windows to start and act on the Cue Software when Windows starts up and no one is logged in? Or when someone Screen Locks their account? My K70 LUX RGB just goes black except for the 3 indicators a the top). and remains that way , until I am fully logged in. But I would like to affect the Keyboard display for when the the screen is locked or the user is not currently logged in! I thought I would find something in the General Sendings of Cue2 to define this behavior, but there doesn't appear to be an option for it. Maybe this is something that has to be done in Windows 10 Startup?
hastegag
I tried that I don't think it works has to do with selective suspend or something like that. As i understand it, Cue talks to the keyboard meaning it cannot be running in the background as a service if it cannot access the usb ports, i think that is window's behavior intended to prevent unauthorized access to the system. Otherwise, I'd imagine that any authorized device could be hijacked to communicate with a locked system potentially?
