Maybe because it's a legal thing. It's not supposed to make sense!

I feel like CL4 front end running on SIV's back-end would be optimal, but I get why that isn't happening. I don't know the whole history, but I also get why Corsair could be annoyed with thim, he does that one thing that 'management' hates. Shows them problems without solutions they can actually perform within their own software, and is basically always the #1 reply on their new software posts, with the same laundry list of things that are probably never going to be fixed. I see it from both sides, or at least I think I do. I use SIV because it fixed a couple of incompatibilities for me, but with all the sensors and info it provides, I am sticking with it. Not a knock on Corsair, I just found a 3rd party that works better. Also doesn't mean I've stopped buying Corsair stuff, either (although I did sell my H2100s) I've still got an H100i a couple of SP120 fans, an hx850i, and that grey/black mousepad you see everywhere. I'm waiting on a firmware update on the mousepad... ;)

He's right, the main problem is the software. I'm very very happy you build the Corsair Link's UI with WPF technology, hope you guys use .NET Framework 4.6.2 to enable Per-Monitor DPI scaling support, it should be easy. But there has bigger problem, some unknown issues may cause the installer can't install the hardware driver correctly. You should provide the independent driver pack.

I would like to place on record my thanks to Red-ray. i bought a commander mini last year and had nothing but issues, if it wasnt for his utility i would have been a really unhappy customer, corsair who are usually fantastic at RMA where not interested at all in the fact their product couldn't run LED strips with out strobe flashing and hid behind the fact that it was a firmware issue. to this day the mini doesnt work as intended and i feel red-ray may have saved corsair money as people have kept products due to his software making it work.

its good that new alliteration's of hardware improve on older version but no customer should be forced to put up with hardware not working as intended which has happend to me and definitely over people.

due to SIV i have bought additional products but must admit i am dismayed that the product i bought has known issues so i am currently in the middle of yet another RMA. SP120 fans with the 570x case dont work with the lighting node pro, when fans bought separate do (cheaper made fans used on flagship cases????)
