Default RAM compatibility.

I purchased CORSAIR Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M1A2400C16 DDR4 - 16GB 2400, DIMM, Ret, in addition to the CORSAIR Vengeance LPX memory module CMK8GX4M2A2400C14 DDR4 - 2x 4GB 2400, DIMM, Ret.

Windows 10 stop codes:
"system thread exception not handled"
"memory management"

I tried to update bios - it did not help. Returned under warranty for diagnostics.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

You tried to combine 1 x 16GB module with different specifications to a pair of 4 GB modules with their own timings? Presumably your board is not tri-channel and this was never going to work anyway.

You might have a shot at adding another identical 1 x 16 GB module, but be aware there is always a chance for problems with this. They are electrically sensitive and this is one reason they sell them in matched sets.
