k65 rgb rapidfire "E" will not light up properly

As the title states, on my K65 Rapid Fire that I bought about two weeks ago or so, the E key will not function properly with the assigned RGB I set it to. For example, I was using a Christmas theme color where the E was suppose to light up RED yet it was lighting up Sky Blue and sometimes it wont even light up, but I believe that it may just be that the Red RGB does not work on the E key. I was wondering if there is a setting that I messed up with, or maybe an update that I missed or if it is just a factory defect. I would appreciate and advice. Try a soft reset, Unplug the keyboard, hold the ESC key down while plugging the keyboard back in.
