Panda1626865920 Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 Hello. I sent in an RMA for an HS60 almost 2 weeks ago and the package was received on the 26th. Ever since the 30th however, it's been in the processing stage. I got an update on the 1st saying that it was ready for shipping and would be out soon. I checked the ticket the day after that and now the status is highlighting back to the Submitted stage and I haven't gotten any shipping notification yet. Any update would be great.
