M90 Scroll Wheel and Submit RMA Problem

I've owned my M90 for almost a year and a half and recently the scroll wheel started acting up. It does not matter if I'm looking at a PDF, the internet, or while in-game it just jumps around randomly. I've seen it recommended to try re-flashing the firmware and I've tried that to no avail.

When I go to Corsair support and try to submit a RMA, it seems no matter what I insert in "Select Part Number" after I fill everything else in and click "Next Step" I keep getting a pop up that tells me to "Please Select A Part Number". I've tried every number I could find, including the one on my receipt and the number on the tag attached to the USB plugin...nothing. Live Help appears to be offline and I see no telephone numbers to call.

UPDATE: Since I re-flashed my M90 to v1.12 I also installed the M90 setup 1.0.0.37 software/driver, and things have gone fubar. I'm no longer able to setup a profile. I've been using an earlier version of the software for over a year without a problem, but now when I try to save the profile to the mouse it goes from 20% to 100% in a flash, but nothing changes. The only functions available for use are the default functions. In the older software it went from 20% and slowly graduated to 100% without a problem, and everything I changed got saved to the mouse. Unfortunately after I saved the latest software to my PC I deleted the old software, so I'm unable to install the old driver to test it out.

Below are a couple of screenshots from Task Manager, along with other info. As you can see Task Manager does not show the correct driver.

When you put in the part number, please make sure you hit the "magnifying glass" icon to verify part. If you are still not able to proceed with that part number, just select something and leave a comment regarding the correct part.

Thanks. I ended up actually calling the Contact Us number listed under Corporate and got great assistance informing me of the "magnifying glass" icon. I have applied for an RMA and will soon have a replacement coming. I now have to figure out why I can't get a profile to save to the M90.

I figured out what I was doing wrong with getting Profiles to load. When I went to save the profile I wasn't entering the renamed profile into the designated profile slot.

I've really gotten use to using the M90 and the thought of having to use the keyboard for in-game keystrokes kind of terrified me. lol
