I picked up the Void Surround Hybrid last week when my Hs40's died. Everything was going well, no issues then while having the volume on full the audio begin to hiss, proportional to how loud i changed the volume. Wanting to Continue my tv show I pulled the cable out of the USB adapter and plugged it into the Audio Jack. No issues there. But now when i am trying to use the USB adapter my microphone isnt working, there is no 'Mute notification' and no volume bar in the 'recording devices'. If i plug the headset straight into the Microphone input, my voice registers 'one bar' next to the recording device. I also used sound recorder to record my voice and it can hardly be heard over a loud hissing noise. I have Uninstalled CUE and the Headphone and Mic drivers and reinstalled but it still doesnt pick up. Im unsure as to what I should do and how to fix it. Ive tried updating the firmware of the headset in CUE. I appreciate any help or advice given. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
