Unable to install firmware

Hello,

My new iCUE Nexus just arrived. After connecting the nexus to my PC, iCUE told me that the firmware needs to be updated. When I click the "Update" button in the message, iCue tells me that it is unable to check for a firmware update. See the attached images for screenshots.

When I look into the debug log of iCUE, I see some errors:

2020-09-17T17:48:43 W cue.firmware.index: No device FW versions were provided "iCUE NEXUS"
2020-09-17T17:48:43 I cue.firmware.index: "iCUE NEXUS" update available, package: QJsonObject({"integrity":"sha512-1Jd2XL0dr+NDWLaZWFa9wecMpxrmzqIabLe8qdJBTwEUZNafv4tWxX7VP7dEv4/M861CgtzoTwk9lKOSv+Na5A==","provides":{"application":"2.2.6.0"},"release-date":"2020-09-28T15:07:00.000Z","source":"NEXUS.zip","version":"1.0"})

And a little further some more errors:

Does anybody have a solution for this? I am unable to use my new iCUE nexus, because the software refuses to let me modify anything unless I install the new firmware update. I am running iCUE version 3.33.246.

Thank you.

Try plugging the NEXUS directly to your motherboard and performing the FW update. You can also try different USB stacks on the back of the motherboard as the USB controller differ in performance. If you continue to have issues with the update, you can also reach out to our Technical Support team through the following link:
