Typo on ML120 120mm Fan Specs

How come the argb variant of the ML120 120mm fans have such reduced static pressure readings within the tech specs on the corsair site? Does the simple inclusion of argb really reduce static pressure that much, or is it just a typo on the website?

Not a typo. Look at the max RPM. The static pressure is at max RPM - they have the same static pressure as the regular (classic) MLs at the same fan speed.

Does this mean that the argb fans cannot reach the same max rpm as the non-rgb?

That is correct. Look at the specs on the page. Both clearly indicate what the max fan speed is for the fan. It's 2400 RPM for the ML "Classic" and 1600 RPM for the RGB.

TBH, in most use cases, you won't get much, if any, benefit from the additional fan speed. Unless you like the wind noise. And yes, I've actually tested this statement with a couple of the coolers.
