The keyboard is not turned on and only the CRP drive is visible. I received the frimware.bin file here, but it doesn't work. I asked for the latest firmware file on the official website, but I don't know how to fix it because I haven't replied yet. When the CRP drive is turned on, the cables look intact, but the initialization mode does not work. Connecting the keyboard does not illuminate. I want to get help ESC initialization does not work.
