Betelgeuse_ Posted March 22, 2017 Share Posted March 22, 2017 Hey guys, Im new to the whole CUE and its rather intimidating, but I've ran into a problem regarding my Void headset. Every time my PC fires up, it says theres a firmware update available for my Voids (.017), but every time I run it, it says update failed. Is there anyway to fix this? Have heard it's a problem server side, and the fact that so many people have the same problem would back that up. But wouldn't be surprised if it were CUE itself Try clicking the little 'cog' or 'gear' button in CUE up the top, next to the headset icon, the click the update button in there if you haven't already tried it...
