smtx Posted August 1, 2019 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Hi, I'm a little disappointed, I just bought a strafe (no MK2) and no light comes on during boot and before I log on windows and iCue is loaded ... Try performing the following to reset the keyboard: 1. Unplug the keyboard 2. Hold ESC 3. Plug the keyboard back in while still holding ESC 4. Release ESC after 5 sec.
