Alloneword
I own a HX750 and i wondered what peoples thoughts are on doing this to the power cables http://media.use.com/images/s_1/105539de08232cd5169d.jpg It's nothing major just a way of tidying things up a bit i would only do this for cables that are attched to hdd, i have just clipped in some new SATA power plugs that is all, safe? voids warranty if used? Your thoughts welcome. All1
wytnyt
its a good idea for sure,i dont see how it would void a warranty but thats just my opinion of course im sure it voids the sata's warranty;):
peanutz94
You can sleeve the cables , but ANY modification to them does in fact void your warranty. All it takes is one backwards connector and something is going to fry or in the least case scenario your going to overload a rail on your PSU by transfering too much load to one rail IF you have a multi-rail PSU.
