RMA Question

I was wondering if my package has made it to the correct destination. I have been waiting several days, and I have not found any email saying that a replacement product is on its way, or that my shipment has been recieved. I have checked the spam folder as well. I just want to confirm the the RMA process is under way. Any tracking information can be found with the ticket under comments.
