Default Charging with Phone Charger

Is charging Corsair Void Pro Wireless RGB from phone charger bad for its battery?. Power Brick says it can provide 9V/1.67amp or 5V/2amp.

MrIronstone we do no advise the use of a wall charger when charging the headset. Only charge the headset via a USB port on a computer.

On my computer, I can only get it to charge to 91%. Is there anything I can do to get it to charge all the way?
