Crystal 570X PSU Shroud Cover Plate Now Available

Its kind of strange, why do you guys not just include these in your new cases? Just bought a 570x and I'm scratching my head why I need to buy another part for a premium product like this. Why am I hiding cables on both sides of this case, what was the idea behind making the motherboard area clear and dealing with massive cable management issues.

It is a bit weird considering the screw holes are right there meaning they did design it beforehand.

I just got the 570x mirror black version, and it came with the psu shroud cover plate. Even though support told me it was not included. I’m thrilled to have it, since it never seems to be in stock.

I did the same thing, even submitted a ticket and they said I needed to buy one. So I did and now have two.

this is absolutely crazy that they rushed out an unfinished product want to charge us more to complete it.

yeah if i can afford a $180 case I can probably afford $4, but it's the principle.
and of course the white one is OoS and if comes back, shipping is $10...

i used to be a big fan of their chassis, even with the proprietary connectors

as someone who just bought 9 HD/SP fans, Commander Pro hub, K90 Platinum kb I'm really disappointed at the 1500W arriving dead as with this PSU cover debacle.

if customer service can't send me the cover free of charge, they've lost my business for good.

Anyway to buy the actual shroud with the corsair led logo in it ? Want to replace the one in my obsidian 500D RGB to the one in the 570.
